Post Lookahead is a social media preview tool that allows you to see how your posts will appear on various platforms before publishing. The service includes:

• Real-time post preview generation
• Support for multiple social media platforms
• Free and paid subscription tiers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Tier: Limited to 5 previews per day with access to basic features. Limits reset at midnight UTC.

Pro Subscription: Unlimited previews, all platforms, export features, and saved history. Billed monthly ($4/month) or annually ($39/year).

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively
• Create content that violates the terms of the social platforms being previewed

8. Intellectual Property

Post Lookahead and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service. Platform previews are simulations and do not represent actual posts on those platforms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that previews will be 100% identical to actual platform displays, as platforms may update their designs.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
